Based in our Shakopee, MN or Boulder, CO location, you will provide leadership across our Measurement Solutions Manufacturing sites in the Americas around our global footprint.

AS A Lean Enterprise Program Manager, YOU WILL:

  • Lead the Americas Global Process Solutions team as we implement and improve our global footprint.
  • Provide project management support to coordinate resources in support of projects, enhancements, and overall development.
  • Be the liaison between the business, Global Process Solutions, and IT to ensure we are determining best path forward on solutions.
  • Coordinate cross track discussions and communications.
  • Support the Americas Global Process Solutions team to ensure we are meeting business requirements, testing, and training as we implement solutions.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of related experience
  • BS in Business/Engineering

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Lean / Six Sigma Training
  • MBA Preferred
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Supervision experience preferred

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary range for this role is $90,000 - $125,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to the role.
