- Maintain Order/Item dates, supervise and re-schedule dates to meet supply demand.
- Coordinate, and complete monthly shipment targets while ensuring customer timely delivery.
- Provide analysis for efficiency improvements (workflow, methods, workforce utilization).
- General knowledge of assembly and machining process.
- Elevating customer satisfaction by consistently going above and beyond through diligent support.
- Connect with Engineering, Purchasing, Assembly, Machining, Quality, and Shipping and Receiving.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- High School diploma
- Three years of comprehensive experience in planning and scheduling, ensuring efficient workflow and timely project completion.
- Well-versed in the dynamics of manufacturing environments, contributing valuable insights and solutions.
- Possesses intermediate Excel skills, capable of efficiently organizing and analyzing data.
- Proven experience with ERP or MRP Systems
- An Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Business or related degree.
- Proven expertise in understanding and analyzing engineering specifications and requirements.
- Proficient in using Oracle tools and modules to optimize prioritization and ensure quality control in manufacturing operations.
- Background in continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
