We are seeking a Safety Manager to join our team. The Safety Manager will be responsible for implementing safety programs at construction sites to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities Implement safety programs at construction sites to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Provide training and guidance to site personnel on safety-related matters Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Investigate accidents and incidents and develop corrective action plans Develop and maintain safety policies and procedures Monitor industry trends and changes in regulations and adapt programs and policies as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental science, or related field 3 years of experience in a safety role, with experience in the construction industry preferred Strong understanding of safety principles and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in developing and implementing safety programs Experience in conducting safety audits and investigations Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
