Job Overview:

The Solar Operations Administrator will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring efficient coordination between departments, and maintaining high standards in project execution. This position involves administrative oversight, scheduling, and communication to ensure smooth operations across EMES Solar’s projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination:
• Track and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project needs are met.
• Assist with permitting and documentation required for solar installations.
• Administrative Support:
• Maintain organized records of projects and contracts
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates as needed.
• Scheduling and Logistics:
• Schedule site visits, installations, and inspections with clients and crews.
• Coordinate the delivery and availability of materials and equipment.
• Monitor project status to ensure timely completion.
• Communication and Reporting:
• Act as a liaison between the operations team and other departments.
• Provide regular updates on project status to management.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any project-related issues.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 Years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administration in the solar or construction industry.
• Knowledge of solar installation processes and permitting is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
