Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel?

Main purpose of the position:

To produce editorial shoots from pre to post production, including REVOLVE / FWRD / Mens / Owned Brands.

Position responsibilities and daily tasks:

• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, team members, location reps to produce upcoming shoots
• Work with production team Art Directors to make shoot visions come to life
• Handle all model and vendor contracts for upcoming shoots
• Update budget docs, editorial shoot calendars, photo team schedule
• Create call sheets, oversee catering and supply needs, on-set needs, source any shoot needs

What does a candidate need to demonstrate to perform this job successfully:

• Strong communication, organizational, problem solving skills
• Detail oriented, precise, dedicated, positive, self-motivated
• Must be able to work well with others/collaboratively
• Be willing to work on long shoot days (some up to 10 hours) and travel

Minimum candidate qualifications (years of experience, education level, technical skills, software, etc):

• At least 3 years experience producing photo shoots, incl working with modeling agencies related vendors
• At least 3 years experience managing calendars, budgets, and planning
• Use of Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Cal and Google Drive Applications (including Spreadsheets)
• Must have reliable transportation

Preferred qualifications (years of experience, education level, technical skills, software, etc):

• Comfortable and excited to work on photo shoot sets multiple times a week
• At least 3 years working in other areas of fashion business, from production to marketing to social media
• Use of Adobe Creative Suite
• Bachelor’s Degree

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $78,000 to $80,000 per year.
