Main purpose of the Web Graphic Designer role:

Graphic Designer for REVOLVE and FORWARD Homepage content on desktop and mobile/apps, emails and marketing graphics.

Position responsibilities and daily tasks:

• Design and execute layouts for homepage features, landing pages, mobile and email blasts
• Implement HTML coding when necessary for homepage content and email blasts
• Create banner ads and social media materials

What does a candidate need to demonstrate to perform this job successfully:

• Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from Art/Editorial Directors
• Ability to work quickly on tight deadlines while upholding the highest quality output
• Strongly skilled in Typography, grid, and layout
• Creative aesthetic that complements REVOLVE and FORWARD’s design aesthetic
• Strong communication, multitasking, and responsible time management ability
• Self-driven and able to effectively communicate creative ideas

Minimum candidate qualifications (years of experience, education level, technical skills, software, etc):

• Strong portfolio demonstrating strong sense of composition, typography, and layout skills
• 2-5 years experience
• Mac proficient
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver
• PDF and/or Online Portfolio REQUIRED

Preferred qualifications (years of experience, education level, technical skills, software, etc):

• Bachelors degree/ equivalent in graphic design
• Working experience with HTML/CSS

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $65,000 to $70,000 per year.
