Description
- The role is responsible for leading and executing high-priority initiatives that enhance quality operational efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and strategic alignment across the organization
- The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-function projects, developing effective communication strategies, and driving organizational changes in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Project Management:
- Lead and oversee special projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to track progress and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration between departments to achieve project objectives
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure project success within scope, time, and budget constraints
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans for special projects, ensuring clear messaging and engagement across internal and external stakeholders
- Act as liaison between leadership, clinical teams, administrative staff, and external partners to facilitate project success
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Organize and lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions to ensure alignment and adoption of new initiatives
- Strategic & Operational Support
- Conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making and project development
- Monitor healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to inform project strategies
- Additional Duties As Assigned
- Travel: Less than 10% of the time may be required
- Work Type: On-Site employee - Works in the office or at a physical workplace, interacting with colleagues face-to-face
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education - Bachelor's in healthcare administration, business, communications, public health, or a related field
- Experience - 5 years of experience in project management and communication within a healthcare setting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, regulatory affairs, or a related field
- 5 Years Experience, Project management experience , preferably in a healthcare regulatory, quality, or compliance setting
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- PMP or similar certification strongly preferred
Knowledge, skills, and ability requirements:
- Experience in managing large-scale projects, preferably in a hospital, health system, or managed care organization
