What You’ll Do
As a Management Accountant, you will be a key member of the Finance team responsible for budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, and cost control for the Emotiv group of companies (Emotiv, Emotiv Research, Emotiv Technology Vietnam, and Emotiv Vietnam). You will support business decisions with actionable financial insights, work with internal teams and external auditors, and contribute to improving financial performance and cost efficiency across global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, KPIs) for internal use and decision-making.
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, and coordinate with departments on financial planning.
Conduct variance analysis: budget vs. actuals, and investigate key drivers of performance gaps.
Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze financial impacts and support strategic initiatives.
Handle bookkeeping tasks including journal entries, bank reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments.
Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable including invoice verification, recording, and follow-up.
Perform cost analysis including product costing, margin analysis, and inventory accounting.
Reconcile data from e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Braintree) to bank deposits.
Assist in preparing group-level consolidated financial reports and liaise with external auditors.
Identify and implement opportunities to optimize cost efficiency and improve financial processes.
Ensure proper documentation and internal controls for all financial transactions.
Support ad hoc financial analysis, reports, and other tasks as needed.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3–5 years’ experience in accounting or financial analysis, ideally in a multinational or tech-driven environment.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken), able to work directly with international colleagues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high proficiency with Excel and data modeling.
Experience with ERP/accounting systems and e-commerce revenue reconciliation is a plus.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a high attention to detail and integrity.
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
