Description
Suncoast PACE, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a Registered Dietician. The Registered Dietitian screens and assesses participant nutritional status for Suncoast PACE. Uses pertinent data to plan and implement appropriate nutrition interventions and communicates the information to the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure the nutritional needs of the participants are met. Performs nutritional assessment and provides nutritional education for Suncoast PACE participants requiring interventions.
