Are you a dependable, team-oriented individual with a can-do attitude? We are looking for you! Reporting to our location in Taunton, MA, our Warehouse Team Members serve as a key link between our company and its customer base of collision repair shops in the region.
The goal for each Warehouse Associate is to be a team player and be able and willing to go the extra mile.
A Day in the Life of a Warehouse Team Member with Empire Auto Parts may include:
- Processing, packing, and shipping orders accurately
- Organizing stock and maintaining inventory
- Inspecting products for defects and damage
- Examining ingoing and outgoing deliveries
- Organizing warehouse space
- Receiving, unloading, and placing incoming inventory items appropriately
- Checking, verifying, and filling customer invoices
- Abiding by all company safety and hygiene regulations
- Keeping warehouse clean and organized daily
- Performing duties as assigned by supervisor

- Have previous experience or knowledge of auto parts (forklift training and certification is a plus!)
- Be at least 18 years old

- Must be able to engage in frequent, repeated, rapid, and/or strenuous physical activity for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and knowledge of how to lift and carry objects safely, cautiously, and effectively
- Must be able to safely operate equipment, observe safety procedures, and meet safety requirements
- Staging, loading, unloading parts, and stocking, locating and maintaining warehouse inventory
- Responsibilities include pulling orders for delivery and shipment
- Ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment
- Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
