**Summary/Objective:** 

As an Admissions Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in our Admissions Department, ensuring seamless operations in pre-admission, admission, and follow-up processes. We are in search of a candidate with strong long-term care experience, LPN license, a commitment to caring for patients, and a proactive, collaborative approach to work.

**Skills You Are Required to Have:** 

- Working knowledge of medical terminology. 

- Minimum of one year of experience in Admissions. 

- Proficiency with EMR systems, preferably Pont Click Care (PCC), and Microsoft Office suite. 

- Prior experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities is essential. 

**Requirements:** 

Active, current, unrestricted LPN licensure in the state of practice
