Empire Office - Country largest Commercial Furniture Dealer is looking for a full-time motivated individual for a fast paced company, to fill the position of Accounts Receivable Coordinator.
The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:
- Experience in customer service / Accounts Receivable
- Professional phone etiquette
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
- Must have Strong computer skills inclusive of Microsoft Office Programs
- Must work well independently and as a team - self motivated
- Possess the ability to professionally interact at all levels of the organization
- Must have the ability to read and comprehend basic instructions, emails, and written correspondence.
- Must have the ability to effectively present information to customers, sales support, and upper management.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting sales and the Department Manager
- Customer service and maintaining customer accounts
- Posting cash, closely monitor customer terms , general AR inquiries
- Read and thoroughly understand contracts, lien waivers, tax exempt forms, and W9 forms
- Must have the ability to thoroughly research orders within the system
Experience with Hedberg a plus.
Must have valid Driver's license and submit to a background check
$16.00 Per Hour
