As a member of our People Services Team, your focus will be on directing and planning all aspects of Empire's Co-Worker benefit program. This includes benefits administration, coordinating with benefit providers and brokers, completing benefit-related audits, ensuring government compliance, and serving as a resource and point of contact for all Co-Workers regarding benefits.
