About the Role

We are seeking a talented, passionate, and highly collaborative team player to accelerate product velocity and cultivate a high-performing product organization. This leader excels at building and scaling strong teams and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. They are deeply committed to delivering business results through effective cross-functional collaboration, clear prioritization, and rigorous use of data and metrics. Rather than owning the product vision, they bring it to life by enabling their teams to execute effectively, align cross-functionally, and deliver measurable outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Establish and communicate a unified product vision across the organization by building consensus on strategic priorities and driving execution
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities
  • Create and communicate product strategy both internally and externally to stakeholders
  • Collect, evaluate, and prioritize feature requests from internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary client advocate, ensuring continuous enhancement of user experience and product capabilities
  • Facilitate cross-functional requirements gathering sessions to drive effective release planning
  • Manage incoming customer requests and defects, incorporating them into the product backlog
  • Partner closely with software development teams to define, refine, and validate product requirements
  • Collaborate with UI/UX design teams and customers to create intuitive and effective user experiences
  • Coordinate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and appropriate risk management
  • Work across corporate functions to align product initiatives with business goals
  • Ensure accurate creation and maintenance of requirements, functional specifications, and user documentation for internal and external use
  • Communicate product updates, timelines, and strategic decisions to stakeholders at all levels
  • Build and lead a high-performing product management organization
  • Recruit top talent and provide mentoring, coaching, and professional development opportunities
  • Foster a culture of innovation, customer focus, and continuous improvement within the product team

Minimum Qualifications

  • A strong, passionate, optimistic, team leader with a "will do" attitude that is contagious
  • Minimum of 10 years of software product management experience with 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform product decisions and growth experiments.
  • High level of business acumen to manage business outcomes for product development efforts
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B software products
  • Executive presence and the ability to effectively communicate product vision and strategy to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills as applied in requirements documentation, client meetings, team interaction, etc.
  • Solid understanding of the technical architecture of complex web-based applications
  • Communication, leadership, team building, and people management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate market findings into new product/enhancement ideas
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Healthcare industry experience is highly desirable but not required
