In this role, you would provide leadership, clinical supervision, and direction to staff while managing the day-to-day operations of the therapeutic program. Other responsibilities include performance evaluation of counselors; program planning and development; maintaining counselor and patient activity schedules; participating in management and Quality Assurance meetings; Assisting in marketing and outreach activities; ensuring compliance with all state licensing, accreditation and third-party payor standards.

Position: Clinical Supervisor IOP
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 4:30PM (onsite)
Experience:
- 5 years of related experience working in Mental Health/Behavioral Health Services
- 3 years of experience in a supervisory position.
Education:
Graduate degree in health related field.
Licensures/Certifications:
CAC or CAC eligible.
