About the RoleAs a Condensate Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant condensate transload operations. This includes operating specialized pumping equipment, inspecting railcars and systems, recording data, and maintaining a clean, hazard-free work environment. This position is well-suited for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working in the field and are comfortable with physical labor and night shifts.
Key ResponsibilitiesOffload condensate from trucks to railcars using specialized pumping equipment
Operate, monitor, and maintain transload systems and tools
Perform routine inspections and document the condition of equipment and railcars
Record and report operational data, such as flow rates, pressure, and temperature
Interpret and follow track lists to ensure proper car loading
Maintain safe work practices and immediately report safety concerns
Keep work areas clean and organized at all times
Perform minor mechanical adjustments and respond to basic equipment issues
High School Diploma or GED
Experience working in a rail yard or transload environment
Oil & gas industry background, ideally with exposure to natural gas or condensate
Strong understanding of process safety and environmental regulations
Ability to interpret technical manuals and operational guidelines
Physically able to climb, lift, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Mechanically inclined with ability to troubleshoot or adjust basic equipment
Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, email)
Valid Drivers License
Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts, weekends, and holidays
Starting wage of $24.50/hour
