Position Summary

Warehouse Associates manage inventory and uphold current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), ensuring compliance and efficiency to support Empower Pharmacy’s mission of delivering quality, affordable medications.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Collaborates with site leadership to manage inventory processes, including cycle counts, stock rotation, and accurate documentation of material transactions.
• Performs inventory tasks such as receiving, verifying, and storing materials while resolving discrepancies and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensures compliance with cGMP by aseptically dispensing materials and maintaining clean facilities and equipment.
• Utilizes inventory systems to monitor stock, manage transfers, and support operational planning and accuracy.
• Maintains a safe, organized warehouse by following safety protocols, performing equipment maintenance, and ensuring compliance with best practices.
  
  

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently use their hands and fingers to handle or feel in order to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The employee is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

Knowledge And Skills

• Demonstrates strong attention to detail, integrity, and adaptability, with the ability to cross-train across multiple areas, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively to support operations effectively.
• Possesses knowledge of warehouse operations, material requirements, safety guidelines, and cGMP, with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience in Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as Oracle preferred.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a warehouse environment (shipping/receiving, and inventory control experience) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid forklift license, or the ability to obtain one.
