Occupational Hand Therapist – Generous Sign-on Bonus

We’re excited to offer a full-time OT/HT opportunity at either our East Lansing or Lansing clinic. Earn a base salary of up to $87,000 depending on your experience. Plus, participate in our clinic bonus structure where you determine how much you earn. We’re also offering a generous sign on bonus!

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based practices
• Develop customized care plans and track progress toward functional goals
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Educate and empower patients with tools to support recovery outside the clinic
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy through ongoing education
  
  

What you bring

• An active Occupational Therapy license and a graduate degree or higher
• Hand Therapy experience is required
• HTC (Hand Therapy Certification) is a plus, but not required
• New graduates with clinical experience in hand therapy are welcome to apply
• Strong clinical judgment and a passion for helping others
• Clear, confident communication and a team-oriented mindset
