Role Description

• Connect with school and district leaders.
• Identify, prospect, and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound efforts.
• Introduce Empowering Writers’ curriculum, teacher/student resources, and training/coaching.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Close sales and consistently meet or exceed agreed-upon revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivation and confidence in a commission-based role.
• 3 years experience in education, EdTech, or curriculum solutions (a plus, not required).
• A passion for helping teachers and students succeed.
• CRM software experience, Hubspot, Salesforce etc.
