Role Description
- Connect with school and district leaders.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound efforts.
- Introduce Empowering Writers’ curriculum, teacher/student resources, and training/coaching.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Close sales and consistently meet or exceed agreed-upon revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Motivation and confidence in a commission-based role.
- 3 years experience in education, EdTech, or curriculum solutions (a plus, not required).
- A passion for helping teachers and students succeed.
- CRM software experience, Hubspot, Salesforce etc.
