Enable, Inc in Bismarck ND is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and help us further our mission of supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities. As an Accountant at Enable, Inc, you will play a vital role in ensuring our financial stability and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Processing Payroll in Great Plains
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Provide support for audits and tax filings
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required
- Experience with non-profit accounting is a plus
- Microsoft Excel proficiency and the ability to manipulate large volumes of data ·
- Clear background checks as defined by regulations and policies
- Must possess good verbal, reading, and written communication in English; basic math skills; and basic computer skills.
