Enbar Inc. is a restaurant group that owns Enbar Craft Cocktail Lounge as well as The Block Bar and Grill. These are adjacent establishments located in the heart of downtown Great Falls, Montana. Enbar is an upscale cocktail bar that focuses on local ingredients and a hip, ever changing food menu. The Block Bar and Grill is a neighborhood bar gone cheesy! It is an upscale local eatery with creative grilled cheese and 24 draft beers.
Job Description:
We are looking for customer serviced obsessed individual that is looking for a restaurant group that they can make a career with.
Your main responsibility will be leading the front of house staff at both establishments to maintain an over the top customer experience while maintaining acceptable speed of service and cleanliness and sanitation standards.
You will have a flexible schedule with an expectation of 40-50 hours per week.
This is a working manager position, you will be filling serving and bartending shifts as needed.
You will work with management on all promotional events and advertising purchases. This is a dynamic job that requires a dynamic individual that can lead staff and be able to balance a multitude of ever-changing responsibilities.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3-5 years of restaurant experience.
You must already live in or be willing to re-locate to Great Falls, MT.

Pay: $33,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
