What you will do:
- Ensures Meter Stations and its equipment are designed, installed, and performing correctly
- Helps to define the scope, schedule and budget for the design and materials for meter stations
- Manages the execution of the design deliverables by a third party engineering firm against the project budget and schedule
- Reviews vendor materials quotations, prepares technical evaluations, and recommends to the supervisor selections based on technical merit along with price and delivery.
- Leads the commissioning of newly installed meter station equipment
- Reviews lessons learned from past projects and incorporates recommendations into future designs
- Support department initiatives as required
Who you are:
You have the following education and/or experience:
- Related Engineering Degree
- Two 2 - 4 years of years of related experience
- Willing to relocate within 30 miles of Nashville office
Desired Qualifications
- Capable of working independently, managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks accordingly
- Problem solve issues through use of standards, modification of standards and/or previous experience
- Strong computer skills typically using Microsoft Office applications
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment in designated areas (Hard hat, safetyglasses, gloves, boots, etc).
- Ability to work in hot, cold or inclement climates (outdoor conditions).
- Company paid international relocation is not offered for this role.
