We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Solar Sales Representative. This role involves engaging with potential customers to promote solar energy solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales through various channels. Duties

• Conduct outside sales activities, including door-to-door outreach, to generate leads and close sales in the solar energy market.
• Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to manage customer relationships, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote solar products and services effectively.
• Provide technical knowledge about solar systems to educate customers on the benefits of solar energy.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Engage in negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts and agreements that align with company goals.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance overall sales performance.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or energy sales, preferably within the solar industry.
• Familiarity with marketing techniques and strategies relevant to renewable energy solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM software; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as communication with diverse customers is essential.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful sales closures.
