Become the Radiology Technologist you always wanted to be
- Types, proofreads, and process results in RIS.
- Coordinates multiple factors to achieve a quality exam in appropriate timeframe.
- Utilize radiation safety devices.
- Attends departmental in-services and other staff development programs.
- Maintains and cleans equipment work areas and reports all malfunctions or breakage appropriately.
Qualifications
- ARRT certified; current license as required by the state.
- Maintains current CPR certification.
- Minimum 2 years of radiography training in an accredited program.
- Working knowledge of all radiological equipment; able to perform highly specialized exams as part of the diagnostic team.
