The Job at a Glance
As an inventory control specialist you’ll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy for the items we hold in stock. Working on a small, fast paced inventory control team you will have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the operations of Encompass.
A Typical Day
- Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Regularly count physical inventory to resolve discrepancies and confirm accurate quantities in the inventory management system
- Use an RF scanner to count individual parts or entire BIN locations
- Utilize reporting to research parts that are missing and correct our inventory
- Check part locations for accuracy and quality, ensuring correct manufacturer, part number and condition.
- Determine root cause of recurring shipment and customer issues to continuously improve efficiency
- Maintain a safety-first environment by following safety procedures.

- You demonstrate strong attention to detail, passion for excellence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You have great communication skills & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written).
- You are reliable and enthusiastic team player who is always eager to help out when needed.
- You possess excellent time management and organization skills
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office
- Previous part support experience
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
