Serving as the friendly voiceand trusted resourceof Encompass,you will bein constant communication with customers,andsupporting them throughout the entire ordering process. If youthriveat building strong relationships with customers by displayinghigh energy,havegreat attention to detail, andhave apassion to go above and beyond - We want to meet you!

A Typical Day

  • Proactivelyrespondto product/service inquiries via telephone, email or fax.
  • Accuratelyplaceand processorders per Customer Service Representative guidelines.
  • Recognizeand act on the opportunity to up sell additional products and services to customers.
  • Follow-up on outbound calls, assigned cases and quotes in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on all open quotes and unresolved customer inquiries.
  • Properly and accurately documenting all calls.

  • You have great communication skills & you're proficient in English (verbal and written).
  • You get excited about taking a high volume of in-depth calls while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor in troubleshooting.
  • You build strong customer relationships and develop loyal customers by understanding customer needs..
  • You thrive working independently and efficientlyin meeting all deadlines.
  • You exemplify all company policies and procedures.
  • You know MS Office (Word and Excel); you may not be a master but you're on your way.
  • You have a High School Diploma and/or combination of customer service experience. As well as a typing speed that averages 40 wpm.
