Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized scheduling coordinator to join our team. This person will be the first point of contact for our contractors and customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The scheduling coordinator will provide administrative support while managing a schedule, and answering our primary phone line for customers and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and submit inspections.
- Provide exceptional customer support by effectivley communicating with our contractors, and answering inqueries from new customers.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized office records.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheet management, and presentation preparation.
- Maintain phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and messages effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a receptionist, logistics, or administrative role is preferred.
- Prior expereince in the construction industry or electrical industry is prefered but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communications.
- Experience in customer support roles is highly desirable.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
