The Graduate Sport Leadership Program within the School of Sport Science is seeking adjunct faculty for the Fall 2025 semester to teach the following asynchronous, online graduate-level courses:
- Contemporary Issues in Sport
- Negotiating the Pro Sports Contract
- Sport Law and Risk Management

Position Responsibilities:
Adjunct faculty are responsible for delivering engaging, academically rigorous content in an online, asynchronous format. Key responsibilities include:
Adjunct faculty are responsible for delivering engaging, academically rigorous content in an online, asynchronous format. Key responsibilities include:
- Teaching assigned courses in alignment with the course descriptions and learning outcomes
- Using Canvas as the course learning management system
- Meeting deadlines for roster verification and grade submissions
- Responding to student inquiries in a timely and supportive manner
- Communicating with program leadership regarding any course-related concerns
- Providing samples of student work for program assessment, if requested
- Using Endicott email for all official communication with students
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field is required; Ph.D. preferred
- Previous college-level teaching experience is strongly preferred
- Experience in the sport industry, particularly in law, contracts, or leadership, is a plus
