Endicott College competes in the ECRHA. The Assistant Coach will be expected to commit to a work schedule during the competitive season that includes up to two practices per week and weekend tournaments. The Assistant Coach will be expected to commit to recruiting and attending various college events to further the team's interests.
The Assistant Coach will be inheriting a group of highly talented and motivated men that have continued to compete at Nationals every year.

Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Providing instruction, mentoring and guidance to student athletes to allow them to
- Develop their athletic skills and abilities to maximum potential.
- Evaluating athletic ability and performance.
- Assuring that equipment and practice plans are prepared in advance of practice sessions.
- Maintaining positive and professional relations with students, athletes, and alumni
- Ability to teach safe and proper technique to beginning level players while challenging and integrating the skills of higher-level players
The ideal candidate will exhibit the following experiences and skills:
- Knowledge of current bylaws, playing styles and coaching methods. Recent playing or coaching experience is a plus. Able to adapt coaching skills to the needs and goals of the team.
- Ability to teach players with varying levels of experience the fundamentals of roller hockey
- Leadership and managerial skills
