What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Service Representative position at Endurance Federal Credit Union?
We are looking for a Member Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping members with their financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Receives and processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; transfers amounts from member accounts as directed.
- Post transactions to member accounts and maintain member records.
- Welcomes members and provides routine information concerning services and directs members to appropriate department for specific information and service.
- Balances cash drawer and daily transactions.
- Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks including typing, filing, computer input and answering the telephone.
- To ensure all sales and service performance expectations are met.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Up to six months of similar or related experience
- High school education or GED
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient attention to detail
- Proficient computer, 10 key, and typing skills
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
