Position Summary
EnDyna is seeking a highly motivated Management Consultant to work on large, federal environmental grants contracts. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in problem-solving, analysis, and communication to provide strategic and operational support. This role requires an individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and has the expertise to deliver results for federal clients. This is a full-time role and requires you to be in our Tysons office 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
- Problem Solving & Analysis:
- Analyze complex environmental grant-related challenges.
- Re/design contract delivery organizations and processes to simultaneously achieve speed, efficiency, and quality, exceeding key performance indicators.
- Develop data-driven recommendations to address client needs.
- Strategic Communication:
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations to clients and EnDyna leadership.
- Present complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Write position papers and policy briefs to inform decision-making.
- Project Integration & Management:
- Integrate and manage multiple project streams to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Assess critical paths and ensure project milestones are met.
- Data Management:
- Input and manage data in CRM applications to support project tracking and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of all data inputs and outputs.
- Client Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with federal clients to understand their needs.
- Provide expert advice on environmental policy and grant administration.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental sciences or environmental engineering from a leading institution.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or economics from a leading university.
- Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience with a leading U.S.-based management consulting firm.
- Proven experience in problem-solving, analysis, and project integration.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in developing high-impact presentations and reports.
- Familiarity with CRM applications and data management tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
