Customer Service Representative
Endyne is an environmental laboratory in search of a full-time customer service technician. The person filling this position will be working in a fast-paced environment with a team of chemists and environmental professionals. The position has both administrative and technical elements. The successful candidate is reliable, personable, detail oriented and has a willingness to learn about the water and wastewater industry.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring care and expertise.
- Accurately and efficiently receiving and logging in samples.
- Preparing and shipping sampling supplies tailored to the client's needs.
- Working closely with technical staff and management to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Explaining technical details to meet customer needs and ensure understanding.
