e.i.p. is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our Indianapolis team and represent our premium product line by ANTEC Controls, a leader in manufacturing high-performance airflow control solutions for laboratories and critical healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new accounts and pursue new sales opportunities within the commercial HVAC market.
  • Work closely with consulting engineers, contractors, end users, building management firms, and the like in all facets of the sales process.
  • Work with consultants on updating specifications and facilitating new business through research of market trends.
  • Estimate and bid projects.
  • Assist in-house technicians with start-up, programming, work on controls, on-site assistance, and support when needed.
  • Participate in bi-weekly sales meetings and all company events.
  • Collaborate with a powerhouse team that’s got your back.




What We’re Looking For

·        Experience in HVAC, engineering, or technical sales

  • Technical background or aptitude to understand engineered products
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and organized, with a passion for problem-solving
  • A hunger to sell, educate, and create long-lasting relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally


What We Offer

1.     Base Salary Commission and Incentives

2.     Annual Bonus

3.     Healthcare Benefits: PPO through Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois, coverage begins on day one of employment.

4.     401(k) & Profit Sharing: Eligibility begins on the first of the month following start date, subject to the provisions of the plan.

5.     Vacation Time: Three weeks of vacation time in the first year of regular, full-time employment.

6.     Other:

a.     Company credit card

b.    Gas, mileage
