e.i.p. is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our Indianapolis team and represent our premium product line by ANTEC Controls, a leader in manufacturing high-performance airflow control solutions for laboratories and critical healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new accounts and pursue new sales opportunities within the commercial HVAC market.
- Work closely with consulting engineers, contractors, end users, building management firms, and the like in all facets of the sales process.
- Work with consultants on updating specifications and facilitating new business through research of market trends.
- Estimate and bid projects.
- Assist in-house technicians with start-up, programming, work on controls, on-site assistance, and support when needed.
- Participate in bi-weekly sales meetings and all company events.
- Collaborate with a powerhouse team that’s got your back.
What We’re Looking For
· Experience in HVAC, engineering, or technical sales
- Technical background or aptitude to understand engineered products
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and organized, with a passion for problem-solving
- A hunger to sell, educate, and create long-lasting relationships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally
