Reports To: VP of Operations

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-time Warehouse/Logistics Manager to join our dynamic Logistics team. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a warehouse according to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Receiving and Processing: Unload, inspect and store incoming inventory items.

2.     Order Fulfilment: Process, Package, and ship orders accurately.

3.     Inventory Management: Organize stocks, maintain inventory, and ensure accurate records.

4.     Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and damage. Fill out reports and manage return or refund process.

5.     Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.

6.     Safety Compliance: Lead safety and warehouse regulation as a number one priority.

7.     Staff Management: Manage warehouse/logistics staff, including hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplining employees

8.     Collaboration: Work closely and communicate effectively with the ESAS logistics team to ensure shipping schedules are met to guarantee timely delivery and loss prevention

9.     Logistics: Work with the Logistics Supervisor to improve on time delivery, quality and customer service within budget.

10. Purchasing: create proactive purchasing plan for logistics and warehouse suppliers to maintain budget.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma is required; an undergraduate degree is a plus.

Experience:

o  Proven warehouse management experience of 5 year

o  Demonstrated ability in following OSHA safety practice.

o  Create and maintain safety program.

o  Responsibility for warehouse and logistics operations

o  Warehouse/logistics staff supervision.

o  Breaking down and building pallets including wrapping and banding.

o  Provide high accuracy kitting and final mile delivery.

Required Skills:

o  English speaking and writing proficiency are must.

o  Punctuality and reliability in attendance.

o  Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, and pallet jacks.

o  Strong organizational skills and a team player.

o  Ability to work in hot temperatures within the warehouse.

o  Ability to lift or move heavy products (50 Lbs.)

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with types of solar energy products.
• Experience with procurement practices

Experience

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role within a warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, inventory control, and logistics management.
• Familiarity with operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Mechanical knowledge is preferred for troubleshooting equipment issues effectively.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of warehouse operations.
