Regional Director of Clinical Services
Engage Healthcare has an opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Regional Director of Clinical Operations. The ideal candidate is a RN/DON that has 3 - 5 years of experience in multi facility nursing consulting and long-term care. This position will involve travel between facilities in the Baltimore and Silver Spring area to ensure compliance with Clinical policy, procedure and care of our residents. Will be responsible for direct data-driven and proactive quality improvement programs to improve the overall quality of the care delivered to residents.
The Regional Director of Clinical Services is a key management position whose responsibilities will include:
- Train and educate nursing leaders and work with facilities and senior leadership to establish standards of care
- Train new nursing management.
- Monitor readiness for State Survey and assist during surveys
- Current RN license, BSN preferred
- At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in Long Term Care and Nursing Consulting
- Previous multi-facility experience required
- DON experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and oversee functions at multiple facilities daily
