Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Project Manager with expertise in SaaS and
Oil and Gas. The Implementation Project Manager supports ENGAGE customer implementations
in the oil and gas industry. This role owns the end-to-end configuration and setup of customer
accounts on the ENGAGE platform and works closely with the Director of Implementation to
ensure successful onboarding and delivery. The ideal candidate is organized and proactive with
experience managing software implementations of all sizes. This role requires both strategic
oversight and tactical execution to ensure consistent delivery and alignment with mission-critical
customer requirements.
About the Role
-Partner with the Director of Implementation on all aspects of ENGAGE implementations,
including full ownership of customer account configuration and setup
-Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Support, Sales, Product, and Engineering
to deliver onboarding and platform setup
-Work directly with customer teams to gather setup requirements (e.g., completing
configuration templates) and communicate those requirements to internal teams
-Perform internal testing of customer accounts and support customers through User
Acceptance Testing (UAT) and the post-launch hyper-support period
-Collaborate with Sales and Product when new opportunities are identified during
implementation
-Execute against established project plans and provide weekly status updates to internal
and external stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
-Bachelor’s Degree
-2-5 years of project management in software implementations
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Proficient in Asana (or other comparable project management tools), Jira, Salesforce, Figma, and Microsoft
Preferred Experience
-Strong software familiarity and technical aptitude (not a software engineer, but
comfortable troubleshooting and learning new platforms)
-Project management experience
-Experience in the oil and gas, defense, fintech, or transportation industry
-Experience working at a B2B software company
-Experience with Power BI
