Responsibilities:
- Translate company vision and strategy into user stories that impact the growth and retention of the customer base.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify requirements and how best to solve them.
- Collaborate with engineers in an agile environment using design sprints and rapid prototyping.
- Define user stories with all the relevant personas, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead Agile process alongside Development Team Managers
- Prepare for and participate in industry conferences, webinars, customer visits, and user group meetings including some travel.
- Lead cross-functional Go To Market activities for new product launches and product upgrades.
- Understand & communicate the competitive & partner landscapes
Requirements:
- Bachelors' degree required.
- 1-3 years of software/SaaS experience in product management, professional services, or agile leadership roles.
- Sees themselves as a lateral thinker.
- Experience with agile development and use of tools such as Jira & Confluence preferred.
- Sensibility for good user design and empathy for end user
- Analytical and data-driven. Fast learner who is able to make a sound decision with incomplete information.
- Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate proactively with others in a cross-functional team.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, but able to solicit and incorporate feedback from others.
- Good project skills. Able to identify the required tasks, assign owners and advance the goal.
- An innovative mind. A desire to think how things could be, not just how they are.
