What You’ll Do
Starting Pay Range:
$20.00 - $25.00per hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications

What You’ll Do
- Assist carpenters and tradespeople with daily construction tasks
- Load/unload materials and tools
- Perform site cleanup and material organization
- Support framing, concrete, demolition, and finish work
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean jobsite
- Learn construction skills through hands-on experience
