We’re working within the Medical Simulation Industry reimagining how clinicians learn, train, and perform—with simulation technology that saves lives. Currently searching for a Project Manager with deep engineering chops—someone who understands hardware/software integration and wants to own the end-to-end delivery of next-gen medical simulation products.
What You’ll Do
- Own engineering project lifecycles—from sketch to install
- Coordinate R&D, mechanical, electrical, software, and clinical experts
- Translate product vision into actionable roadmaps and milestones
- Guide prototyping, testing, regulatory approvals, and deployment
- Solve real-world problems in simulation labs, hospitals, and field installations
- Track timelines, budgets, risks, and resource needs like a pro
What We’re Looking For
- Engineering background required (Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, Systems, or similar)
- Experience delivering technical products—especially involving both hardware & software
- Strong cross-functional leadership (R&D, QA, Field Teams, Clients)
- Exposure to, simulation, or complex tech deployments is a huge plus
- Comfortable with frequent travel to client sites (US-based, 50–60%)
