Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and commercial windows and doors, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering superior customer service. As the Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the relationship between Englewood Glass and Mirror and our core customer base.
Responsibilities
- Submit all warranty requests to various window and door manufacturers including PGT, Andersen, ES, Euro Wall and Therma-Tru.
- Prepare service quotes and orders for billable service work.
- Follow-up on all warranty requests and service proposals to ensure we have 100% resolution on all requests.
- Work with Quality Control to keep inventory of stock service material.
- Work with Quality Control to schedule service/warranty work once material has arrived and passes our QC check.
- Assist with scheduling service and warranty appointments.
- Schedule all service estimate appointments.
Skills
- Proficient in residential and commercial windows and doors
- Proficient in PGT ProConnect
