Site Supervisor
English Roofing LLC is seeking an energetic, highly motivated individual to join our team as Site Supervisor. Primary responsibilities of this position are to assist the Field Manager with the execution and coordination of day to day residential home improvement projects. Will be responsible for site prep, maintenance and proper safety.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Field Manager who is responsible for overseeing installation crews
Use computer based Customer Relationship Management programs to track/schedule projects and maintain contact with customers
Schedule & Confirm Material Delivery/Return Excess at job completion
Interested in learning the roofing trade from "Top to Bottom"
Visit job sites for progress checks
Organize materials and maintain job site safety at all times following all OSHA safety standards
Help to resolve customer and/or installer issues
Ensures project has been completed to customer satisfaction and industry standards
Taking photos of install in various stages
Strives to better the company relationship with customers, installers and suppliers
MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT/CARRY MINIMUM OF 80lbs WITHOUT ASSISTANCE
Some manual labor will be required: Small repairs, use of power tools/ manual tools, moving, lifting, carrying objects.
MUST be able to climb ladder and ascend roofs
Other Duties as Required
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Drivers License
Excellent communication skills
Bilingual an asset not required
Roofing Experience a Plus
Must be organized and detail oriented
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Must be eligible to work in the US
