We are currently seeking an experienced, dedicated RNs to join our premier Residential and Home Care team in either a Full-time RN position (32-40 hours wk). The RN will be instrumental in ensuring our Residents/Clients' well-being through the delivery of exceptional, high quality hands-on care. You will also provide support, training, and coaching to our team members.
This position is flexible and can be am or pm or a combination of both to align with your schedule. As our RN you'll be providing on-site direct care and supervision daily with one evening per week and every 4th weekend on call.
Qualifications:
· Current MN RN license in good standing
· 3-5 years’ experience working with residents and clients in home care or elder care setting
· Dementia experience is required
· Excellent assessment skills
· Strong team building and mentoring skills
· Strong organizational and analytical skills
· Ability to make independent decisions
· Able to embrace the aging in place philosophy of care
· Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
· Valid MN drivers license reliable transportation required
· Current vaccinations for both COVID19 and the seasonal Flu (or approved exception) are required prior to working with Residents/Clients for all new staff
· Experience with end-of-life process preferred
· Experience working with comprehensive licensure or assisted living preferred
