We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team and provide support to our dental staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dentistry and the ability to assist with a variety of dental procedures. Responsibilities include preparing patients for treatment, sterilizing instruments, taking x-rays, and providing patient education on oral hygiene. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
- Provide patient education and instruction on proper oral hygiene techniques.
- Maintain patient records and documents.
- Perform routine office tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, and answering phones.
- Take digital x-rays and impressions.
- Provide chair-side assistance to the dentist during treatment.
- Ensure that all instruments are properly cleaned and sterilized.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
