Anticipated Salary Range: $67,227.00 - $90,000.00. The salary range for this role is intended as a good faith estimate based on the role's location, expectations, and responsibilities. When extending an offer, Enlighten takes a variety of factors into consideration which include, but are not limited to, the role's function, internal equity and a candidate's education or training, work experience, certifications and key skills. Job Description

Enlighten is looking for a Project Expense Analyst to support multiple of our prime government programs. The role involves travel booking, expense processing, and program manager support. Must be a quick learner, detailed oriented, and highly responsive. Will work directly with our staff that is conducting business travel. Work is performed in a hybrid environment out of Columbia, MD with a great team.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely and accurate end-to-end travel booking and expense processing, including data collection, matching to receipts, and data entry, following established HII business rules to ensure prompt payment to Enlighten employees.
• Responsible for reconciling, auditing, and ensuring expense submittals for all Enlighten staff remain accurate and that errors are corrected promptly
• Provide support to the Project/Program Managers (PM) on government contracts.
• Will interact with all levels within the organization from engineers, to senior management.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Security Clearance - Must have a minimum of an active Secret level security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
• 3 years of experience supporting projects, programs, working with government customers, etc. and a Bachelors in related field; High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
• Must have 2 years working with Deltek/Costpoint, Concur and AdTrav to help with coordination of travel and reimbursement
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), G-Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
• Proactively identify actions and provide accurate, professional responses to the customer
• Track down information and prepare reports, briefs, and compile supporting travel documentation to send to the customer
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Experience with meeting facilitation and recording actions
• Strong communication and organization skills – must be detail oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule with some on-site work in our Columbia, MD office. Flexibility is essential to adapt to schedule changes as needed.
  
  

Preferred Requirements

• Prior experience with the DoD is a huge plus
