We are looking for a creative and growth-minded Social Media Content Creator & Community Manager to help us scale our presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
This role is all about building a loyal following by consistently posting compelling content, creating meaningful engagement, and turning our social platforms into profitable, brand-building channels. You’ll bring energy, ideas, and execution to our content efforts while staying true to our brand voice and mission.
- Plan and manage a content calendar tailored to each social platform (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) to ensure consistent and engaging posting.
- Create and publish original content including street interviews, makeovers, in-store product reviews, and user-driven video formats.
- Repurpose and edit existing content into short-form clips that drive attention, sharing, and engagement.
- Run community-building campaigns such as giveaways, product spotlights, or viral trends to generate excitement and grow followers.
- Respond to DMs and comments in a friendly, brand-aligned tone to build strong relationships with followers and fans.
- Host or support TikTok Live sessions to engage in real-time, answer questions, and build a deeper connection with the community.
- Track social performance metrics (likes, shares, comments, saves, followers, conversions) and use insights to guide content strategy.
- 2 years experience creating content and managing brand accounts on social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)
- Strong video editing skills (mobile-first tools or apps are a plus)
- Confident in front of the camera with strong communication and storytelling abilities
- Ability to write captions and scripts that align with trends and brand tone
- Comfortable working independently and adapting quickly to feedback and data
- Knowledge of platform-specific trends, algorithms, and viral formats
- Bonus: Experience running TikTok Lives or similar community livestreams
