About the role:
Enova operates multiple consumer lending brands, each featuring distinct offerings and customer criteria. In the role of an Application Support Representative, you will undergo a comprehensive two-week training program to specialize in a specific brand. Following the completion of training, you will handle a significant volume of inbound calls, engaging with potential customers to aid them in their loan application process and effectively convert these prospects into sales.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage incoming calls, adeptly assisting customers in navigating the loan application process
- Guarantee customer contentment by explaining the distinctive features and advantages of Enova's products and services
- Initiate proactive outreach to customers as needed, encouraging them to finalize their loan applications
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication
- Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information
Requirements:
- Experience in a call center setting is preferred
- Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen
- Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices
- Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types
- Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively
