Local Home Care Agency seeks a Client Services Coordinator (part-time to full-time) for our Charlotte, NC office. This role is ideal for a Lead Certified Nursing Assistant ready to advance into management in a growing industry.

The ideal candidate will help the agency expand its client base and staff cases. A candidate who can bring their own clients are preferred.
- Provide superior customer service and quality home care for our Little Rock area clients
- Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
- Manage caseload while working to proactively growing it
- Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payers and community organizations
- Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team and assist the agency with growing its staff
- Oversee and assist with the daily workflow of office and clients staffing to ensure timely deliverables, including client intakes, assessments, re-assessments, supervisory visits, and electronic/hard copies of client and caregiver records.
- Conduct annual performance and satisfactory evaluation of caregivers and clients assigned to clients on his/her caseload to provide appropriate feedback for improvements.
- Fill in for care giving team as needed.
Qualifications for a Client Services Manager:
- Bachelors Degree in a Human Services related field or at least 2 years of experience in home health or related field or a Bachelors Degree in a non-related field with at least 4 years of experience with the I/DD population (pre and/or post degree)
- Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
- Prior care giving experience as a lead or a manager is a plus
- Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
- Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
