Your Day to Day
Physician Recruiter Responsibilities
- Meet assigned production goals
- Work directly with clients and candidates to identify and resolve problems
- Host client and candidate pre and post interview meetings
- Actively listen to clients and candidates to best determine their needs
- Set and coordinate interviews
- Maintain data integrity in the CRM system

- Healthcare Staffing: Familiarity with healthcare staffing or relevant industry knowledge highly preferred
- Experience: Prior experience in recruiting and/or sales, demonstrating an understanding of the industry dynamics and processes
- Goal Oriented: Proven track record in recruitment and/or sales, with experience in closing deals successfully
- Education: College degree preferred but not required
- Remote: Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fully remote work setting is preferred
- Systems: Experience working in a database (CRM, applicant tracking system, etc.) and solid computer skills (MS Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel)
- Location: Enterprise Medical Recruiting staff must reside in one of the following states - CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, ME, MO, MS, TX
