We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to be part of our leadership team as the Director of Operational Excellence.

As Director of Operational Excellence, you will lead four (7) dynamic service teams by guiding them through SOP's and growth for their respected business units. You will be responsible for coaching and development of each team that effectively schedules service appointments, provide repairs and maintenance while maximizing workflow. While service is the core of this business unit, we would prefer to have a business leader than excels in operational excellence over service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Leading service teams at six (7) separate locations across the Southeast
  • Implementation and coaching of Service Manager(s) through development plans
  • Building key customer relationships
  • Responsible for growing profits and effectively managing costs
  • Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
  • Scheduling travel as required. Estimated travel would be 1 week per month minimum.
  • Hiring for various position within your team.
  • Monitoring managers productivity and professional conduct
  • Maintaining shop tools and building equipment
  • Participate in developing business plans for each branch
  • KPI Creation and leading the teams success

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ combined team management experience
  • Three (3) years’ senior management experience
  • Previous implementation or operational initiatives
  • Experience with using EPR software, CDK preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel throughout Florida, Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to mentor others
  • Ability to develop professional relationships with both customers and team members
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Optimistic and collaborative attitude

The preferred applicant would be based out of Atlanta, GA 30336, with an office at our facility, along with reliable transportation. Second preference would be working out of our corporate headquarters in Apopka, FL (Central Florida)
