Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Epoxy Installer at Envision Flooring LLC, located in Phoenix, AZ. The Epoxy Installer will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying epoxy coatings, ensuring proper curing and finishing of epoxy floors, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Other day-to-day tasks may include inspecting completed work for quality control, interacting with clients to confirm project specifications, and collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating Heavy Equipment relevant to flooring installation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in the flooring industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
